This extension maps approved invoice cases to the DATEV XML interface online as a document-record data file (Ledger) and transfers data and documents through Rechnungsdatenservice 1.0. Rights, client context, configuration, upload, processing status and protocol are treated as one traceable job.

Process
The controlled RDS1 route

Client, adviser, rights and configuration are checked before the job.

Ledger XML and related documents are assigned to a DATEV job and transferred as a bundle.

DATEV processes the job; status is retrieved deliberately rather than by continuous polling.

Status and protocol determine completion, correction or a controlled retry.
