Integration Care is the operations module for a previously accepted Web2DATEV, RDS1 or TRAFFIQX route. Monitoring, exception handling, technical logs and defined first-level support keep transfer failures from remaining unnoticed.

Exception centre
Prioritised cases with readable cause, ownership and controlled retry.
Technical HTTP logs
Request/response diagnostics available for at least 14 days, without Authorization headers.
First-level support
Named first contact, triage, traceable escalation and separation from DATEV or source-system issues.
Change and release check
Review of relevant interface or source-system changes before controlled adoption.
Operations report
Regular view of volume, error rate, open cases and agreed actions.
